These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of omnilabstech.com (the “website”) and to general dealings with OmniLabs Technologies (“OmniLabs”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our services
OmniLabs designs and builds custom business software, AI-powered products, and workflow automation. The website describes those services for information only. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work or master services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.
Using the website
You may browse the website and share its pages for personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected system;
- send spam, malware, or automated requests that put unreasonable load on the website;
- copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the website without our written permission.
Information you send us
When you contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. If a project needs confidential material, we will agree on a secure way to exchange it, usually under a non-disclosure agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, graphics, logos, and code belong to OmniLabs or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The OmniLabs name and logo, and the names of our products such as Pulsery and Debloq, are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.
Ownership of software and other work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement. Nothing on the website transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Blog and general information
Our blog posts and other content share general insights about software, AI, and modernization. They are not professional advice for your specific situation. Talk to us, or to a qualified adviser, before making decisions based on them.
Third-party links and products
The website links to sites and services we do not control, including social networks, embedded video, and our separate product websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, OmniLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to CAD $100. Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant client agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate OmniLabs for reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and OmniLabs agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, sitting in Vancouver, for any dispute about these Terms or the website.
